8:00 AM - 8:45 AM Opening Community Class w/ Carla Perez! All Levels!

This class is all levels. We will be starting the day off on the mat, connecting breath to body, tuning in to your inner power and fanning the flames of your soul. There will be a thought of the day, a well-balanced practice including twists, back strengthening, hip openers and yoga beats to get your body warmed up and ready for a day of yoga festival fun. We will end the class with a brief meditation.

2:00 PM - 3:00 PM Mantra Magic Closing Ceremony w/ Casey Shaw

Celebrate the magic of this day by joining in a joyful practice of honoring the stories and sacred energies of the ancient tradition of yoga. Be guided in simple sounds with a harmonium into a state of bliss and bounty. You’re welcome to join or listen. This practice will include call, and response mantras, guided meditation and shared reflection to bring the essence of these practices home with you.
